The Director of Information Technology and Records Management serves as the chief information officer of Productive Living Board.

 

Glen has been a member of the PLB leadership team for more than 20 years providing direction for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment at PLB. The primary responsibilities for this office encompass a wide variety of strategic technology issues: governance and policy, security and risk assessment and mitigation, resource allocation, software development and information technology protocols.

 

Glen's roots run deep as a technologist. He is a software developer and data analyst fluent in 7 computer languages and continues to develop the applications and systems in use at PLB. Glen is certified as a Chief Information Security Officer and an Ethical Hacker. In addition to serving the PLB, he has provided technical assistance to a variety of government and non-profit agencies, including the State of Missouri and other county developmental disability (SB40) boards across the state.

 

In his role as the PLB's Custodian of Records, Glen is responsible for the security, storage, dissemination, compliance and destruction of the records used by the organization. He has been recognized by the Association for Information and Image Management as a Master of Electronic Records Management.
